    Your Impact

    In this Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) role, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to align HR strategies with business goals. You’ll guide performance and talent development efforts, support employee relations, and directly lead & support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

     

    - Partner with department leaders to deliver proactive and strategic HR solutions

     

    - Provide day-to-day coaching on employee relations, performance management, and policy application

     

    - Lead and support Talent Acquisition & HR operations

     

    - Champion employee onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle experiences

     

    - Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making

     

    - Drive initiatives focused on culture, retention, and continuous improvement

     

    - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies

     

    About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)

     

    - 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HRBP role

     

    - Experience supervising or mentoring HR professionals

     

    - Strong knowledge of employment law, HR operations, and best practices

     

    - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels

     

    - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

     

    - Preferred: Background supporting a contact center or high-volume service environment

    Workstyle Description

    Hybrid - This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in-office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
