    Director Project Management Margin & Profitability (M&P)

     

    The Opportunity

     

    The Director Project Management Margin & Profitability (M&P) is responsible for the management of the ANSC/QA M&P project/program portfolio, enabling $10MMs in Margin improvement each year. The Director will lead the lead the development, execution, sustainability, governance and continuous improvement across the ANSC/QA M&P portfolio. The Director will ensure efficient & effective M&P projects stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across all business functions including supply chain, quality, finance and commercial.

    What You’ll Work On

    + Design, develop, implement & sustain a robust PMO for M&P project/program portfolio, ensuring alignment and integration into the wider Supply Chain/QA PMO, while deploying standard policies, processes & tools.

    + Lead & develop the team through the deployment and execution of world class project management processes & principles. Demonstrate influence across the matrix leadership, while ensuring effective collaboration with all stakeholders.

    + Design, develop, implement & sustain efficient and effective change management tools and processes across the M&P portfolio, ensuring effective stakeholder management and alignment throughout.

    + Ensure the deployment and consistent process application of a robust, efficient and effective standard work tool, designed to manage project prioritization within the available Project Management resource capacity.

    + Ensure an effective and efficient governance process is deployed and sustained, including resource management, risk identification, risk management, project milestone management and dashboard reporting to various levels of the organization.

    + Partner & collaborate closely with the central ANSC/QA GMI team, as well as with the AN central GMI team.

    + Manage the M&P PMO resources & budget

    + Effectively communicate & collaborate with extended team, stakeholders & executive leadership, enabling & promoting the culture of PMO.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Procurement, Operational Excellence, Finance, or a related field.

    + Minimum 10 years’ experience in:

     

    -Project/program management experience involving complex projects i.e. cross-functional, multi-site scope including content creation and Executive presentations.

     

    - Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute network-wide strategies

     

    - Leading & influencing within & across a matrix organization

     

    - Extensive people leadership & development

     

    - Communication across all levels of the organization

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    The base pay for this position is $147,300.00 – $294,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
