Required Skills:

Sourcing Manager Responsibilities:

1. Development and communication of forecast to suppliers.

2. Build plan review and coordination with key suppliers/partners.

3. Ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier commitments.

4. Quote compilation and accuracy.

5. Monitor supplier performance to pricing and business splits as defined by commodity team.

6. SLA Performance: Measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLA).

7. Ongoing Cost Productivity: Measure, report and action cost improvement as compared to market pricing and pricing models.

8. Scorecard Management: Lead measuring supplier performance, root cause issues and driving improved performance.

9. Rollup of team performance metric.

10. Own some aspects of supplier performance.

11. 10% domestic travel required.

12. 10% international travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:

13. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field, and 36 months in the job offered or in a related occupation.

16. 2. Supplier/Vendor Management - Score Card and Performance Improvement

17. 3. Contract / NDA Negotiation, Routing coordination

18. 4. Demand, forecast and Supply Management

19. 5. Datacenter Infrastructure hands on experience

20. 6. Risk Management, Project Management, Category Management

21. 7. Exp. collaborating with cross functional partners (Engineering, Thermal teams, finance, accounting, Vendors, Product Life cycle management teams)

22. 8. Procurement Operations – Managing Purchase Orders, Contracts, NDA’s, Invoicing

23. 9. Cost/ Spend/ Performance data Analysis and

24. 10. Strategic process Improvement activities to drive cost savings, quality and efficiency.

Public Compensation:

$174,636/year to $196,020/year + bonus + equity + benefits
