The Opportunity:

CACI has an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) with strategic, operational, and tactical counterintelligence analysis and operational support. In this exciting role you will conduct counterintelligence collections management to satisfy USACIC’s primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include managing the IIR process, evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, identifying gaps and validating collection plans to support primary Lines of Effort (LOE). Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that will help USACIC conduct global counterintelligence activities against U.S. adversaries to protect the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense.

Responsibilities:

+ As a Collection Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the IIR process, review and edit reports, and coordinate with collectors to ensure that collection priorities are being addressed

+ Apply intelligence collection systems to requirements, evaluate effectiveness and efficiency, and manage collection plans

+ Develop Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)

+ Maintain reporting statistics, assess past collection plans, and adjust new collection plans to minimize threats to DoD personnel and shape future collection

+ Apply Quality Assurance and Quality Control elements to the collection process

+ Integrate as part of a counterintelligence support team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners

Qualifications:

_Required:_

+ TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

+ Education + Experience requirements:

+ Senior-level: Specialized training and bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

+ Mid-level: Specialized training and 5+ years of relevant experience

+ Junior-level: Specialized training and 3+ years of relevant experience

+ An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction

+ The ability to integrate as part of a collections management and/or analytic team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with theater and national-level IC partners

+ Communicates effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers

_Desired:_

+ Knowledge of USACIC and/or DIA product lines

+ Experience within the U.S. Army Counterintelligence community

+ Working knowledge and experience at a national-level intelligence agency

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
