As Manager, reporting to our Director of Brand Packaging Graphics Design, you will create compelling packaging designs that drive shelf impact and brand recognition. Develop innovative solutions balancing our needs with creative vision and establish design systems and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and production to ensure design integrity through execution, managing multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.

Your Impact:

+ Manage multiple high-priority projects and complex design challenges simultaneously, delivering polished work while maintaining composure and team morale.

+ Lead client and stakeholder meetings, managing expectations and building consensus around design decisions while maintaining positive working relationships across all levels.

+ Work directly with production teams to ensure design integrity through execution.

+ Collaborate with creative director/strategists and cross functional teams to refine and implement goals.

+ Demonstrate collaboration and listening skills throughout design process to incorporate diverse perspectives and achieve the best possible outcomes.

+ Use AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance and create innovative packaging designs, ensuring they meet our goals and resonate with target audiences.

Your Experience:

+ 7+ years experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) packaging design.

+ Proven portfolio demonstrating strong retail presence and brand thinking.

+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

+ Understanding of packaging specifications, print processes, and production requirements.

+ Experience working with structured timelines and multiple concurrent projects.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

+ Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.

+ Adaptable work style to accommodate fast-paced agency environment.

+ Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Number of Days in Office: 3

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit, and several options for dining and shopping in the area.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000

_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
