**Location:** Windsor, CT

**Schedule:** Full-Time, 1st Shift

**Pay:** $20/hour

About the Opportunity

Join a growing manufacturing team that plays a critical role in supporting the aviation and aerospace industries. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **Warehouse Worker** to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of parts and materials throughout our facility. If you're organized, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

+ Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks

+ Pull and stage parts for production and outbound orders

+ Return unused materials to inventory

+ Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy

+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

+ Support production teams with timely material delivery

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Experience with forklifts (sit-down or stand-up), pallet jacks, and similar equipment

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team

+ Basic computer/data entry skills

+ OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks is a plus

+ Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
