**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible)

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Duration:** Temporary (Mid-July through October)

**Pay:** $22/hr

Join Our Team This Summer!

We’re currently seeking a **Part-Time Accounting Clerk** to provide administrative and clerical support while our full-time clerk is on maternity leave. This is a **temporary position** beginning as soon as possible and running through early October. We’d love to have someone start right away to ensure a smooth handoff and proper training.

This role is ideal for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity during the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Answer and direct phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor

+ File and organize documents efficiently and accurately

+ Perform basic data entry and maintain records

+ Support the accounting department with entry-level accounting tasks

+ Assist with other administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous clerical or administrative experience required

+ Basic understanding of accounting or willingness to learn

+ Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas & data entry preferred)

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

+ Able to work independently and collaboratively

+ Positive attitude and flexibility with shifting priorities
