THE WORK
\-Lead the F\-35 FMS Field Install Team, ensuring timely and high\-quality installation of F\-35 FMS systems
\-Lead the Depot Team, supporting COLT, CASS, and Marine Depot programs, and ensuring high\-quality and timely completion of repairs\.
\-Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring
\-Coordinate and manage team schedules, including travel and resource allocation
\-Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies
\-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements and lean initiatives
WHO WE ARE
Our functional group, the Operations Program Management team, is composed of ~30 professionals with a range of skill and experience\. Our team serves as Control Account Managers \(CAMs\) responsible for material budget and operations labor scope\. We are leaders in this organization who are the primary interfaces between line of business Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality or other company functions for production, development, and capture programs for Production Operations\. We ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers\. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the TLS factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments\. We drive momentum through action, and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives\.
WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor to lead our F\-35 FMS Field Install Team and Depot Team, supporting critical programs such as COLT, CASS, and Marine Depot\. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both teams, ensuring timely and high\-quality installation and maintenance of F\-35 FMS systems, and providing guidance and support to team members\. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to travel 10% \- 25% of the time\.

Basic Qualifications:
\-5\+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a field installation, maintenance, or depot environment
\-Strong knowledge of field installation, maintenance, and depot procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements
\-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills
\-Ability to travel 10% \- 25% of the time
\-Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
\-Bachelor's degree in a related field \(e\.g\., engineering, aviation, or management\)
\-Experience with team growth and development, including training and mentoring team members
\-Experience with budgeting and cost control, including managing expenses and optimizing resource allocation
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
