Director of Hospital Based Services
Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
+ Holds operational accountability for Colorado Springs region and oversees Hospital Medicine, Anesthesia, General Surgery, TACS, Thoracic and Neurohospitalists.
+ The role is crucial in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across these key service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Hospital Services plays a key role in the health system's strategic and operational efforts by:
+ Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, resource allocation, budget management, and ensuring optimal provider and patient satisfaction.
+ Driving regional performance metrics related to patient access, satisfaction, provider engagement and retention, and staffing effectiveness.
+ Serving as a visible, accessible leader who fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety and excellence.
+ Partner with hospital leadership on the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve services, ensuring alignment with the system's overall goals and quality standards.
Candidate Qualifications:
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
+ 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within primary care settings.
+ Proven success managing complex healthcare environments with a focus on patient-centered care.
+ Bachelors Degree
