    The Marketing Manager leads the development, definition, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Emerson Tool Company's commercial vacuum products and the ProTeam brand. This role builds marketing strategies, leads brand creative, sales enablement and campaigns to market ProTeam through distribution, ecommerce and direct sales channels. This is a highly collaborative position working closely with marketing, sales, product development, customer and external partners.

    In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    + **Marketing Strategy:** Design detailed marketing plans that align with Emerson Tool Company objectives and support the ProTeam commercial business. Communicate and implement defined strategies with teams, peers, and executives. Measure effectiveness of marketing activities and support commercialization.

    + **Market Understanding:** Apply customer insights and market dynamics to create compelling value propositions. Understand end-user needs and market potential, ensuring these are integrated into the product development process. Support business planning based on market trends and insights. Participate in market research.

    + **Product Development:** Develop and implement marketing deliverables to drive new products to launch in coordination with cross-functional teams. Support product adoption across customer segments and commercial channels.

    + **Content Development: Lead content development for the brand across all channels.** Lead all aspects of advertising, social media, and public relations campaigns and results. Leads the strategy and execution of automated marketing campaigns. Provide strategic direction to ensure website pages and content cultivate education and sales growth, maintaining alignment with brand standards.

    + **Brand Assets: Direct the creation of marketing assets and all branded collateral. Lead all aspects of** the creation, production, and maintenance of digital content, literature, advertising, and public relations material to support commercial product marketing efforts. Work with the graphics team to develop marketing communication materials, product packaging, labeling, and other digital assets, ensuring timely project completion.

    + **Customer Engagement:** Lead the management of tradeshows and lead marketing specialist activities supporting the ProTeam brand. Support range of customer and channel needs in partnership with the sales team.

    For This Role, You Will Need:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    + At least 5 years of brand/marketing management and leadership experience.

    + Leading or influencing work of non-direct reports.

    + Strong skills in project management communication, relationship networking and cross-functional collaboration.

    + Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, leading multiple projects and timelines successfully.

    + Legal Authorization to work in the United States—Sponsorship is not available for this role.

    Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

    + At least 7 years of experience in brand/marketing management.

    + Product marketing experience supporting development of new products.

    + People management of a direct report or small team.

    + Proficiency in content creation, eCommerce marketplaces and digital advertising.

    + Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.

    + Strong understanding of email and social media marketing strategies.
