    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking Master's Level Therapists to join our outstanding and compassionate Behavioral Health team!

     

    Virtual Interviews with a manager!

    Date & Location

    • Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, From 10:00 am- 2:00 pm

    • Virtual Interviews conducted via teams. **Registration required **

    BayCare is looking for Master's Level Therapists for the following locations:

    + Brooksville - Office Based

    + New Port Richey - Field Based covering Pasco County

    + Spring Hill - Field Based covering Hernando County

    + St. Petersburg - Pool weekend only shift inpatient

    The Behavioral Health Therapist I is responsible for:

    + Meeting with patients to complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, as well as individual, group and family therapy as deemed appropriate for each individual patient.

    + Conducting case management activities as well as discharge planning and maintains appropriate documentation.

    + Providing appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions, services and is knowledgeable about community resources.

    + Performing other duties as assigned.

    * This role requires a Master's prepared in the field of Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or other related field.

    Required Certification/License:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Driver's License

    + LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Preferred

    Required Education:

    + Master's in Social Work, Psychology or Related Field

    Experience:

    + 2 years clinical related experience or 9 month internship. - Required

    + 1 year of relevant experience with Master's - Preferred
