    + **Home visits in assigned service area:** Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and surrounding areas

     

    The **Home Health Field, Physical Therapist Assistant** provides **hands-on care** in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. **Responsibilities include** :

     

    + Assist Physical Therapists with the administration of interventions utilized in physical therapy and rehabilitation. May progress patients in the treatment plan developed by the physical therapist.

    **Home Health Physical Therapist Requirements** :

    + Associate's degree Physical Therapy

    + Physical Therapist Assistant State of Florida License

    + 2 Years Physical Therapist Assistant experience

    + Basic Life Support

    + Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
