Description
ARS is seeking a FMS Principal Program Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

As a FMS Principal Program Manager at ARS, you will:
+ Support cost, schedule, and performance objectives for acquisition and development efforts across the program lifecycle.
+ Assist in developing and implementing acquisition strategies, including those aligned with DoD and AF guidance (e.g., DoDI 5000.02, 5000.80, 5000.81).
+ Advise the Program Manager (PM) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to maintain acquisition battle rhythm and successful program execution.
+ Interpret, organize, and execute acquisition project assignments; identify and advise on issues with potential impact to cost, schedule, or technical performance.
+ Outline and resolve policy disconnects, apply acquisition directives, and support process improvement initiatives.
+ Develop, review, and maintain program acquisition documentation, including APBs, ADM, LCSPs, MARs, RDOCs, RDT&E documents, and milestone decision briefings.
+ Support the development and submission of acquisition reports and program documents in accordance with DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101/20-101, and AFPAM 63-128.
+ Prepare and present program status briefings to senior leadership.
+ Will perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ **Experience:** 10+ years in a DoD environment.
+ **Education:** BA/BS degree or Master's degree preferred.
+ **Security Clearance:** Active Secret Security Clearance.
+ **Certifications:** PMP Certificate preferred.
+ **Citizenship:** Must be a US citizen.
