    Job Description

    As an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist at talech (a U.S. Bank company), you will be the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through a seamless onboarding journey. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to Go-live ensuring a white-glove experience that is timely, efficient, and aligned with customer goals. This role requires strong project management, customer success, and technical coordination skills to deliver high-quality onboarding for our SaaS-based POS platform.

     

    You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful onboarding, training, and adoption of the talech solution. Your ability to build trust, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple priorities will be key to driving customer satisfaction and long-term success.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree or three to five or more years of related experience

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    + Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

    + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    + Experience in SaaS, POS, or technology-driven onboarding roles

    + Familiarity with the Retail and/or Restaurant industries

    + Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

    + Background in customer service, operations, or logistics

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

    + Experience with both hardware and software solution deployments

    + Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

    + Exposure to training, enablement, or technical support functions

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $23.65 - $31.54 - $34.69
