    Shift: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm

    What you’ll do:

    Join our team as a Wheelchair Van Driver, ensuring safe, timely, and courteous patient transportation. Under the Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in efficient transport while maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies.

    Responsibilities:

    Transport patients per schedule while maintaining professionalism.

     

    Plan routes, report delays, and communicate via two-way radio.

     

    Keep vehicles clean and complete daily checklists.

     

    Maintain accurate logs and uphold confidentiality.

     

    Follow safety guidelines and company policies.

    What you’ll need for this job:

    Education & Experience:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Ability to read maps and navigate the Chicagoland area.

    + CPR certification preferred (must complete within six months)

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare personnel.

    + Problem-solving abilities to prioritize assignments.

    + Clean motor vehicle record.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Frequent climbing, pushing, bending, kneeling, and crouching.

     

    This role requires professionalism, safety awareness, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

    Compensation:

    **Pay Range:** $15.66 - $21.10 per hour

     

    _Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles._
