    Job Description

    The Emerging Affluent Regional Lead manages a team of Investment Consultants in their designated region. Regional Managers are responsible for managing and leading Investment Consultants to grow the market share of our emerging affluent clients. This will include partnering with other leaders within Wealth Management and Retail to drive the strategy. Additionally, they may be assigned duties within the remote affluent offering, to support our virtual advisor strategy. Other duties will be assigned to assist with the build out the emerging affluent offering.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Requires National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including, but not limited to maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

    + FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses

    + Incumbent typically has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or other related field

    + 10 years or more of Investment experience, preferably Wealth experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity

    + Must have a thorough knowledge of securities markets and investment products

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    + Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, exceptional client-facing skills

    + Extensive knowledge of wealth business and U.S. Bank products and services

    + Expert knowledge of consumer credit and experience with Principal Supervision

    + Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills

    + Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

    + Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

    + Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills

    + FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses (or ability to obtain after hire)

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00 - $193,490.00
