    Job Description

    The primary responsibility of the Experience Consultant is to consult with learning consultants, designers and training program managers on how to deploy training courses and programs on enterprise learning platforms and act as a coordinator to ensure the appropriate resources and capabilities are aligned to the planning and implementation.

    Day to day work:

    + Engage with design and consulting teams to understand current and future projects that will require learning platform implementation.

    + Consult on specific programs - understand business needs, recommend options and solutions, and influence program design based on planned implementation approach.

    + Coordinate with additional resources and capabilities needed to form and implement a solution including reporting, learning analysts, product administration, developers and technical teams. Facilitate planning sessions as needed.

    + Create journeys, pathways, cards or other structures to deploy training in learning platforms.

    + Conduct regular data-driven reviews of usage and learner feedback to make proactive recommendations on how to improve program implementations.

    + Participate in best practice discussions with other Experience Consultants to ensure consistency across the enterprise.

    + Try and implement new approaches for using the platform to improve learner experience and engagement. Understand industry approaches and new platform functionality.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

    + 10 or more years of experience in delivery and administration of education and training programs or related experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    Consulting and Influence

    + Proven history of influencing teams by understanding business and learner needs and consulting on solutions.

    + Collaborate with learning consultants, designers, technical and operations teams to define and implement the desired solution.

    + Effectively communicate changes and facilitate buy-in from stakeholders.

    Collaboration

    + Drives excellence by working closely with the learning teams, peer group, broader GL&D organization, and vendor network to deliver excellence and challenge the status quo.

    + Highly collaborative in style, drives results with purpose, speed, and agility, delivering against organization and business specific needs, while championing a broader One U.S. Bank approach.

    Data Analytics

    + Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning experiences with a solution-oriented mindset.

    + Leverage data to assess the effectiveness of efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

    Problem Solving

    + Ability to make sense out of complex situations, recognize needs, anticipate issues, and develop solutions using strong analytical, business knowledge, and financial acumen.

    + Drive outcomes in alignment with best practices, standards and controls.

    Learning Platforms

    + Proven history of using learning platform functionality to create efficient and impactful experiences for learners to engage with training programs

    + Ability to plan the implementation of complex training programs into online learning platforms accounting for ongoing administration, learner experience and reporting needs

    + Use learning platforms (Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms(LXP)) to deploy training, especially looking for Cornerstone experience

    + Knowledge of other systems and technologies functionalities including: PowerBi, Workday, ServiceNow, PowerApps, SharePoint

     

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00 - $120,120.00
