    As Global Brand Manager for Kimpton, you will help bring the Kimpton brand to life across a growing global portfolio. In this role, you will support the implementation of the brand’s 3–5-year strategy, drive the delivery of key brand initiatives, and act as a central connector between cross-functional teams including design, operations, marketing, development, and training. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about luxury lifestyle branding, hospitality, and the evolving definition of modern luxury.

    Your day to day

    + Determine strategic objectives and develop corresponding tactical initiatives to drive brand growth and performance

    + Review and analyze market and industry data to understand current trends within the brand and lifestyle segment

    + Create toolkits and training to elevate hotel delivery of the Kimpton brand experience

    + Assist in bringing the Kimpton culture to life + support engagement of culture champions

    + Collaborate with the development teams to support Kimpton pitch presentations, brand narratives, and new project storytelling

    •What we need from you  

    + Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

    + 8+ years progressive work-related experience in marketing, brand management and/or hotel operations in the Luxury and Lifestyle segment

    + Display experience, passion and understanding of Luxury Lifestyle industry and consumer

    + Demonstrated ability to develop consumer understanding based on research and existing trends

    + Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively establish relationships with cross-functional teams

    + Demonstrated knowledge of branding and brand management

    + Demonstrated project management experience

     

    Location -. Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

     

    The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $95,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
