Overview of the Accessories Warehouse Associate: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accessories Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for processing incoming inventory, completing daily cycle counts and inventory control processes, picking and packing customer orders and supporting related warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Accessories Warehouse Associate (include and other duties may be assigned)

+ Process incoming inventory; labeling and repackaging as necessary

+ Complete daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy

+ Picking and processing daily orders for both dealer and internet customers

+ Packaging/Boxing orders in a neat and orderly fashion

+ Processing orders through the ERP system

+ Processing FedEx and UPS shipping labels using 3rd party software

+ Ensuring processed orders are loaded on the outbound truck daily

+ Working with internal customers to ensure timely/rush orders are given priority and providing tracking information/updates as required

+ Enter tracking information into Shopify for outbound orders daily

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

+ Break down and dispose of packing materials and waste from shipments

+ Support and participate in department improvement projects and initiatives

+ Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors, accepting and executing direction professionally

+ Proactively identify and communicate process improvements or inefficiencies

+ Operate equipment such as forklifts and man lifts (training and certification provided)

+ Work safely at heights as required

Required Skills & Qualifications of the Accessories Warehouse Associate:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day

+ Willingness to obtain forklift certification

+ Comfortable working at heights up to 20’

+ Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is a plus

+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office Suite

+ Familiarity with Shopify and FedEx/UPS/3rd Party shipping software a strong plus

Qualifications of the Warehouse Accessories Warehouse Associate:

+ Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control role

+ Understanding of warehouse best practices and safety standards

+ Prior experience with FIFO (first in, first out) inventory rotation

+ Knowledge of guitar parts and components

Hours of work: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon-Fri.

Salary Range: $18.00/hr. - $20.00/hr.

The starting rate will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. Candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered for compensation above the stated range.
