Position: Sanitation Worker

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our night shift team. In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facility surfaces to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities

+ Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and facility surfaces including:

conveyor belts, filters, fryers, tables, rollers, totes, screens, pipes, walls, and freezers

+ Follow all established sanitation procedures and chemical usage guidelines

+ Ensure that all cleaning is completed thoroughly and documented properly

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all company safety protocols

+ Support additional tasks as needed to ensure sanitation standards are upheld across the plant

+ Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and in accordance with regulatory standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

+ Cold, wet, and fast-paced environment (temperatures may drop to 40°F)

+ Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms throughout the shift

+ Regular lifting of up to 25 lbs; frequent lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs

+ Occasional climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

+ Regular exposure to moisture, humidity, cleaning chemicals, and loud noise

Schedule & Availability

+ Shift: Night Shift / 3rd Shift

+ Start Time: 7:00 PM – End Time: 5:30 AM (or until sanitation is complete)

+ Must be available for extended hours, overtime, and weekend work as needed

+ Strong attendance and reliability are essential to success in this role

Required Experience:

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

+ Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

+ Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others

+ Reliable and punctual with the ability to meet all attendance requirements

+ Previous sanitation experience in a food processing environment is a plus
