    Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics and purchasing industry, is seeking a Purchasing & Logistic Agent to join their team. As a Purchasing & Logistic Agent, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Purchasing & Logistic Agent

    **Location:** Pinkard, AL

     

    Pay Range: $16

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Research potential vendors and evaluate offers from suppliers.

    + Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers.

    + Track orders to ensure timely delivery and maintain updated records.

    + Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage and handling of goods.

    + Review freight rates and execute logistics plans to ensure efficient transportation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Manufacturing background is desired.

    + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + Experience with purchasing.

    + Some college education preferred.

    + Basic knowledge of international logistics and transportation regulations.
