Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Lead Process Analyst to join their team. As a Lead Process Analyst, you will be part of the Software Management team supporting various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Software License Manager
What's the Job?
+ Maintain accurate license counts for accountable software titles.
+ Input license entitlements into the enterprise Software Catalog.
+ Establish, maintain, and optimize associated license positions.
+ Assist software owners with understanding their software portfolios and license positions.
+ Conduct regular audits and assessments of software licenses.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of six years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT process design/process improvement, or IT Project Management positions.
+ Software License Management experience with proven ability to create effective license positions for Tier 1 publishers (such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, etc).
+ Advanced experience with popular licensing metrics and top-tier publisher agreement terms.
+ Experience using SAM platforms such as Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro, Snow, Aspera-USU, or similar.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within core business hours.
