    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and warehouse industry, is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of a dynamic workforce supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** General Labor

    **Location:** Richmond, VA

    **Pay Range:** $16.00

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Engage in sorting, inspecting, and checking products to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Assist in the assembly of smaller products with precision and care.

    + Utilize hand tools as needed for various tasks within the manufacturing environment.

    + Occasionally lift weights not exceeding 25 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.

    + Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

    + A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

    + Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
