Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with PCBs to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer with PCBs

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Pay Range:** $55 - $60/hr

What's the Job?

+ Design and plan manufacturing processes in an industrial plant to maximize efficiency.

+ Analyze layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.

+ Determine parts and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of manufacturing processes.

+ Travel up to 25% domestically and possibly internationally to support project needs.

What's Needed?

+ 2 - 5 years of experience in software development using C, C#, or C++.

+ Hands-on experience with soldering and reading schematics.

+ Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and its accuracy and efficiency.

+ Familiarity with FPGA and PWA/PWB board layout.

+ Experience using lab equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
