    Description:

    Our client, a Fortune 50 Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for their Woodbridge, NJ location. This role has a focus on both implementation and Customizations.

     

    7-10 years of Sales Force exp, this is a more senior role.

    Core Technical Skills:

    + 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

    + Proficiency in:

    + **Apex** (triggers, classes, batch jobs).

    + **Visualforce** , **Lightning Web Components (LWC)** .

    + Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows).

    + Salesforce Data Modeling

    + Salesforce DX

    + Salesforce FSC

    + Strong **SOQL/SOSL** skills.

    + Experience with **Salesforce APIs** , **REST/SOAP integrations** .

    + Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

    + Knowledge of **Salesforce Data Loader** , **Workbench** , **Dev Console** .

    Platform Experience:

    + Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

    + Experience with **MuleSoft** (a plus for integrations).

    + Familiarity with **Salesforce Shield** , **Event Monitoring** (for secure environments).

    Certifications Preferred:

    + Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.

    + Salesforce Admin or App Builder.

    + Any specialization in Financial Services Cloud or Experience Cloud.

    Soft Skills and Business Acumen:

    + Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** environments.

    + Ability to work with business users, BAs, and architects to translate requirements.

    + Financial industry experience, especially in commercial, retail banking, or wealth, is highly preferred.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
