    Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Oracle HCM Consultant to join their team. As a Technical Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Technical Oracle HCM Consultant

    **Location:** Tampa, FL

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support Oracle HCM Payroll application performing break/fix tasks, including configuration and development.

    + Enhance existing functionalities and ensure the application meets user needs.

    + Conduct release testing and impact assessment of new functionalities.

    + Develop BIP Reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas to optimize payroll processes.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + A minimum of five years of experience in Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial implementations.

    + Completion of at least one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Financials as a Functional Lead or Project Lead.

    + Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field from an accredited college/university.

    + Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality written documentation.

    + Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
