Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their team. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Drive the optimization of digital banking products and services to enhance customer experience.

+ Collaborate with IT partners and key business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

+ Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve product performance.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the financial institution.

+ Manage projects effectively to deliver results on time and within scope.

What's Needed?

+ 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

+ Proven experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft SharePoint.

+ Strong understanding of web technologies and digital banking software.

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
