Our client, a leading facility maintenance provider, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have accountability, problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Lynwood, CA

**Pay Rate:** $24/hour

What's the Job?

+ Troubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment.

+ Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repair and installation.

+ Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment.

+ Inspect, operate, and maintain steam, heating, cooling, and water treatment systems.

+ Design and implement the installation of new equipment and tools.

What's Needed?

+ High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.

+ 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with others.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

+ Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies.
