    Our client, a leader in program management, is seeking a Program Manager – BI & DevOps Enablement to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager – BI & DevOps Enablement

    **Contract** : 18 Month Contract

    **Location:** Redmond, WA (Candidates MUST be in the PST time zone)

    **Pay Range:** $52-$55/hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage data sets and provide information to various stakeholders, including engineers and project managers.

    + Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

    + Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and leadership teams.

    + Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work while overseeing the development of staff competence.

    + Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5-7 years of overall experience in BI management and DevOps.

    + Strong project management skills, particularly in managing BI projects effectively.

    + Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

    + Experience with Microsoft tools and resources.

    + Flexibility in working hours to accommodate stakeholders in different time zones.
