Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a Desktop Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Analyst, you will be part of the IT Operations department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Desktop Analyst

**Location:** San Jose, CA

**Pay Range:** $40/hr

Contract Length: 18 months

What's the Job?

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to provide quick and effective resolutions.

+ Provide high-level IT support to manufacturing staff and employees across all business functions.

+ Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure coordinated problem resolution and service continuity.

+ Manage and respond to IT incidents using Service Desk software, ensuring all work is logged and prioritized.

+ Support and troubleshoot corporate devices, including laptops, smartphones, and video conferencing equipment.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role.

+ Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android).

+ Proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools and office productivity software.

+ Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking and cloud services.

+ Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
