Client Technology Specialist
12+ month contract
Work Location: 100% Onsite in Augusta, Maine, with routine travel within 10 miles of Augusta, ME and some travel outside of the Augusta area in which a company vehicle would be utilized.

Years of Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in the desired environment
Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Role Description:
Equipment set up (Laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.).
Maintain inventory log.
Proactively assist end users with simple desktop support.
Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.
Follow quality standards.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and environment questions in a timely manner.
Provide desktop computer support.
Attend and participate in bi-weekly team and problem review meetings.
Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete computer equipment.
