    About The Role:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing governance and documentation, providing business insights, conducting training meetings, managing projects, and supporting stakeholders. This role will support data and development of multiple internal platforms including market and user onboarding. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s delivery of data analytics. This role supports the CBRE businesses in the United Kingdom.

    What You'll Do:

    + Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project benchmarks are met.

    + Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

    + Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

    + Supervise and report on project progress to ensure alignment with governance standards.

    + Analyze business processes and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    + Conduct training sessions and meetings to educate team members and collaborators on project objectives, methodologies, and standard processes.

    + Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from collaborators.

    + Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on project status.

    + Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes align with their expectations.

    + Cultivate positive relationships with team members to promote collaboration and support.

    What You'll Need:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

    + Proven experience in project management, governance, and documentation.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

    + Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

    + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

    + Strong interpersonal skills required, written and verbal.

    + Strong attention to detail & accuracy in all tasks.

    + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

    + Preferred experience and understanding of relational databases (extract & manipulate data).
