About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and driven Technology Program Manager to support and enhance the operational excellence of our technology team. This role combines business analysis, program execution, and team management to deliver process improvements, data-driven insights, and technology-driven solutions across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder engagement, data analytics, and process optimization. This role is also expected to lead and mentor a small team, manage cross-functional projects, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead and manage a small team responsible for supporting operational excellence and driving data-driven initiatives within the technology organization.
+ Supervise and develop team members through coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing mentoring to support skill growth and engagement.
+ Oversee and execute technology-related programs and projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and stakeholder needs.
+ Identify and implement business process improvements and automation opportunities using tools such as Google Suite, AI based tools, Savant, and other internal platforms.
+ Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into clear technical or process solutions.
+ Develop, track, and manage key performance metrics, project milestones, and timelines to ensure objectives are met with efficiency and quality.
+ Support data analytics and reporting efforts by designing, reviewing, and improving dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and operational insights using tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
+ Conduct deep-dive analysis and recommend improvements across service lines to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
+ Facilitate the resolution of complex or escalated issues, including system troubleshooting, stakeholder inquiries, and vendor coordination.
+ Prepare and present findings, dashboards, and strategic insights to stakeholders and senior leadership to influence decisions and demonstrate impact.
+ Document and communicate new procedures, workflows, and training materials to ensure effective adoption and knowledge transfer.
+ Drive collaboration across internal and external teams to support continuous improvement and scalable solution delivery.
+ Model CBRE’s RISE values and serve as a cultural ambassador fostering accountability, inclusion, service, and excellence across the team.
What You’ll Need:
+ 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, program/project management, management of individuals or teams, or a related operations/technology role.
+ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs and driving operational or technology-based process improvements.
+ Strong data analytics skills, including the ability to interpret metrics, visualize trends, and communicate data insights effectively.
+ Proficiency with reporting and analytical tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
+ Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) for business analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
+ Familiarity with automation tools within the Google Suite or third-party workflow platforms (e.g., Savant, Alteryx, etc).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
+ Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions in both formal and informal settings.
+ Experience with process improvement and / or real estate outsourcing
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Technology Program Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Technology Program Manager position is $140,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
