    Job Description:

    + Job Title: Automation API and Selenium LeadJob Description:We are seeking an experienced software professional to lead the design, development, and testing of software applications, with a strong focus on automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will analyze user requirements, develop robust software solutions, and ensure quality delivery through effective testing and collaboration.Essential Job Functions:Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks with a focus on API and Selenium-based testing.Collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex production issues.Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.Document software requirements, test plans, and procedures.Stay informed on emerging technologies, driving innovation in testing and development practices.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1+ year in a similar lead role.Strong expertise in automation testing using Selenium and API testing tools.Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python).Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Selenium Professional).Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools, and cloud environments.
