Description

We seek a high performing marketer who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy testing and scaling marketing campaigns, and can help shape successful lifecycle marketing strategies to help customers discover and use our products.
As a Product Marketing Manager for Amazon's rewards program 'Shop with Points', you'll own marketing tactics that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement, to help customers understand the value of earning and using their rewards. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, financial partners, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful results. You'll be responsible for implementing marketing programs while ensuring alignment with team goals and customer experience objectives.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to execute defined strategies, and drive results through direct implementation. You'll regularly communicate with peers and managers, help shape messaging strategies, and build relationships within the team to drive program adoption.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own marketing tactics to drive awareness and adoption of Shop with Points
- Partner with product and tech teams to support testing and implementation of new features
- Support product teams by providing campaign performance insights and customer feedback
- Own day-to-day campaign execution in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery through strong project management
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and templates to improve campaign efficiency
- Own campaign performance tracking and reporting, providing clear insights on program metrics and adoption
- Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards, clearly communicating results to peers and managers
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations for campaign optimization based on performance data
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Experience communicating results to peers and stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
