Boeing Global Services (BGS) Global Technical Operations (GTO) is currently looking for a **Wire Harness and Fiber Optic Manufacturing Technician** to join our team in **Fort Walton Beach, Florida** to support manufacturing and repair efforts across multiple programs at the Fort Walton Beach repair center. Programs to be supported include manufacturing and repair efforts with ORCA, AWACS, V-22, F-15 support equipment, and other various programs. In addition, position will augment repair center Avionics and Hydro-Mechanical shops as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.

+ Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul.

+ Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.

+ Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.

+ Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).

+ Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.

+ Oversees training.

+ Works under general direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience reading and interpreting wire harness diagrams and installation schematics

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with wire harness repair

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $59,500 - $80,500.
