The Boeing Company is currently seeking an **Electrical Design and Installation Manager** to join the Electrical Design Integration group/team located in **Oklahoma City, Oklahoma**
This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering
+ Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
+ Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
+ Manages, develops and motivates employees
Travel:
+ 10-20% of travel
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
+ Currently possess a Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
+ 3+ years’ experience with electrical design or installation engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Experience leading all aspects of developing system requirements, architecture and design
+ Experience in leading engineering teams
+ Experience in Electrical Wire Design and/or Wire Installation

Summary pay range: $128,350 – 173,650
