Our client, a well-regarded firm located in San Francisco, is seeking a meticulous and organized Contracts Administrator to join their team. This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented legal professional looking to bring their expertise to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities:
+ Draft, review, and revise a wide range of contractual agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
+ Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and adhere to the company's policies and legal standards.
+ Maintain and manage the contracts database, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and renewals.
+ Coordinate the contract approval process, working closely with internal stakeholders and legal counsel as needed.
+ Assist in resolving contractual issues and ensure timely execution of agreements.
+ Conduct research and provide advice on contractual terms and obligations.
+ Support the legal team with administrative tasks and special projects related to contract management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Contracts Administrator role or similar legal position.
+ Strong understanding of contracting principles, processes, and drafting best practices.
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
+ Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Exceptional attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external parties.
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field; paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
