Our client, a reputable and highly respected firm in San Francisco, is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including pretrial preparation, trial support, and post-trial activities.

+ Draft, organize, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

+ Perform detailed legal research to support case preparation.

+ Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery and document production.

+ Coordinate schedules for depositions, hearings, and other case-related activities.

+ Communicate with clients, court personnel, and external vendors to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.

+ Maintain accurate case records and files, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably working with complex litigation cases.

+ Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.

+ Proven experience managing discovery processes and e-filing in both state and federal courts.

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.

+ Proficiency with legal software and tools, including e-discovery platforms and document management systems.

+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
