    Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Salinas, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency, addressing challenges, and fostering a positive work environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

    • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

    • Address and resolve workplace issues effectively while promoting a positive team culture.

    • Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting platforms to support office functions.

    • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to maintain financial accuracy.

    • Coordinate with various departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Legal, to streamline operations.

    • Organize meetings, prepare reports, and manage communication with stakeholders.

    • Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist in maintaining an organized office environment.

    • Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries, ensuring excellent client and employee support.

    • Implement strategies to enhance office productivity and efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or executive assistant roles.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as familiarity with accounting and CRM software.

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
