Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position within a climate-controlled warehouse environment, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have prior logistics experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate delivery timelines.

• Perform inventory cycle counts to maintain precise records of warehouse stock.

• Handle order entry tasks and ensure customer orders are processed promptly.

• Manage shipping and receiving operations, including verifying shipment contents.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to customer shipments.

• Utilize warehouse management systems, such as Fishbowl, to streamline operations.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a climate-controlled environment.

• Communicate effectively with customers to support their logistics needs.

• Monitor shipment tracking and address any discrepancies with carriers. Requirements • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving is required.

• Proficiency in order entry and inventory management.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems like Fishbowl is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and carriers.
