**Position Summary:** Join CVS Health as a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) for CVS Specialty Sales in Puerto Rico. In this role, you will drive sales of CVS Specialty Pharmacy services to targeted physicians, clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions. You will focus on 4 core disease states: Oncology, Pulmonary Hypertension/Idiopathic Fibrosis, Autoimmune, and Multiple Sclerosis; serving as the primary contact for providers in your territory. You will work both independently and collaboratively with sales and the Specialty Pharmacy operations team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Your efforts will help patients with chronic illnesses access a supportive and competitive pharmacy care team.
Success in this role is measured by achieving sales goals, client satisfaction, and strong internal and external partnerships with the Puerto Rico Specialty Pharmacy and manufacturer partners. As an experienced healthcare sales professional, you will leverage your relationships with providers to drive referrals into our Specialty Pharmacy, assist with process challenges in order to grow the business and play a key role in advancing CVS Specialty’s future.

Travel Requirements:
- Up to 50% travel within Puerto Rico, including overnight stays as needed.
- Candidates must reside within the territory and have reliable, insured personal transportation.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle.
**Education:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Background in complex disease states is a plus.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$68,000.00 - $142,392.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
