    Immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Rep for our Stamford client. Pay rate - $ 26 hr

    Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:

    + Manager order process from customer request to post-sale service

    + Handle prices, offers, stock check availability, and product information

    + Manage client info, status on orders, handle complaints and returns to completion

    + Asst with sales projects, supporting prices and commissions et ups

    + Manage process relationship with accounting and delivery depts to assure constant check on statement, due payments and organizing shipments worldwide

    Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

    + 3 + years exp in a Customer Service position in an office setting

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Self-starter with upbeat and enthusiastic attitude

    + Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize

    + Strong MS Office 365 skill set

    + Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred

    + Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

     

    Pay rate $26.00 hr

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
