    Job Details

    + Location: Charlotte, NC 28202

    + Pay: $30.23 per hour

    + Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

     

    This is a fully on-site position.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Intermediate in Microsoft Excel

    + Syndicated Servicing Experience

    + Loan IQ working knowledge

    + Attention to detail and flexibility to multitask

    + Credit and Banking experience preferred but not required.

    + CSR Skills

    + Typing skills

    + Process payments

    + Adjusting pro-rata shares of deals

    + Researching and calculating rate overages and underage in our Loan Accounting System (LoanIQ)

    + Communicating with partners internal and externals data that is needed expeditiously.

    **Pay Details:** $30.23 per hour
