    Hiring a Logistics Specialist – Pilot Plant Facility

    • Location: Bridgewater, NJ

    • Contract: 10+ Months

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    • The anticipated wage for this position is between $33–$35.83/hr. (based on experience, education, and location)

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is excited to partner with a premier client in Bridgewater, NJ, in the search for a Logistics Specialist to join their cutting-edge Pilot Plant facility.     • **Key Responsibilities**

    • Assist the Logistics Supervisor with the ordering and receiving of raw materials.

    • Coordinate with Product Development Scientists to schedule Pilot Plant trials.

    • Ensure all resources are available to support the plant schedule efficiently.

    • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring pricing complies with Nestlé standards.

    • Uphold and follow all Food Safety, Food Quality, Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.

    • **Qualifications**

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing logistics in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

    • Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    • **Preferred Skills**

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.

    • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.

    **Pay Details:** $35.83 per hour
