    Adecco is partnering with a local client in West Bend, Wisconsin to find experienced and reliable Robotic Welders on 2nd and 3rd shift.

     

    **Pay:** $18 to $23+ (Based on Experience)

    **2nd Shift:** Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm*

    **3rd Shift:** Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am*

    *May need to train on 1st shift

    *OT may be required at times

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and program robotic welders, including setting controls for wire feed speed, amperage, and gas type.

    + Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using tools like gauges.

    + Perform various welding techniques (MIG/TIG) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions and maintain a clean work area.

    + Load and unload welded frames, managing accurate counts and labeling for customer specifications.

    + Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and clean components to achieve required configurations and maintain quality standards.

    + Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.

    + Will perform manual welding 80%-90% of the time.

    Qualifications:

    + Successful completion of an internal welding test and previous knowledge of fixture setup parameters.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and procedure manuals.

    + Proficient in basic dimensional measuring and competent in basic shop math.

    + Basic understanding of computer functions relevant to the job.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask.

    + Previous experience with overhead crane use is a plus; ability to work with various metal forming constraints with guidance.

    + Minimum 1-2 years of manual welding experience is REQUIRED.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
