Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Schedule: 12 hour shifts - 2 days per week (potential for 3** **rd** **and 4** **th** **day per week)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

About the Role:

Adecco is hiring Warehouse Associates for a well-established print facility in Riverside that specializes in producing weekly advertising materials for major grocery retailers. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Associates will be responsible for supporting high-volume print operations, including lifting printed bundles and maintaining consistent workflow throughout long shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in the production and handling of printed grocery advertisements

+ Stand for the full duration of each shift

+ Repeatedly lift 30-pound bundles throughout the shift

+ Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE: safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel-toe shoes

+ Adhere to dress code and facility policies, including no phone use while working

+ Report directly to on-site supervisors and team leads

Workplace Expectations:

+ No hooded clothing, baggy garments, or jewelry permitted

+ Long hair must be tied back securely in a bun

+ Cell phone use is prohibited on the production floor

+ Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including the parking lot; associates must exit to the public sidewalk

Breaks and Compliance:

+ Three 10-minute paid breaks per shift

+ One 30-minute unpaid lunch, required before the fifth hour of work

Additional Details:

+ Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Requirements:

+ Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift 30-pound bundles repeatedly

+ Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

+ Previous experience in production or warehouse settings is helpful but not required

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
