    Adecco is seeking a **Customer Feedback Program Coordinator** to join a fast-paced, evolving team dedicated to improving dealer performance and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role supports customer feedback initiatives and survey integrity programs, requiring strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with management to enhance sales and service operations through standards, procedures, and tracking tools

    + Analyze customer feedback and investigate concerns; draft internal communications summarizing findings

    + Write clear, professional emails to senior leadership to communicate escalated issues

    + Serve as a subject matter expert on the survey interference and unusual activity programs

    + Maintain process documentation and manage regional tracking lists, contact reports, and signed forms

    + Support training and collaboration with field representatives on survey procedures and interference protocols

    + Leverage AdobeSign to issue interference strike letters and maintain related records

    + Follow and improve established processes, ensuring consistent and timely handling of survey irregularities

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, process improvement, or administrative program support

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

    + Experience in automotive or dealership environments is preferred

    + Familiarity with dealership systems and terms (e.g., ROs, RDRs, Warranty, DMS) is helpful but not required

    **Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour
