    Description

    ICM Solutions is currently hiring a full-time Parts Trainee at our Phoenix, AZ location. The Warehouse Trainee will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and fulfilling orders from inventory, packing and shipping customer orders organizing, managing, and retrieving stock within the warehouse. We're looking for a motivated individual who is ready to grow with our team and take on hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Maintain excellent personal safety record

    + Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling and consolidating materials, packing boxed, placing order in staging areas.

    + Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.

    + Maintains inventory controls by processing new, old, and current inventory.

    + Operate equipment, (i.e., Forklifts, electric trucks, scooters)

    + Perform other duties as needed.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Keeping accurate inventory through daily inventory counts.

    + Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and moving goods efficiently and safely.

    + Accuracy in handling inventory, checking orders, and ensuring that shipments are correctly processed.

    + Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software, and general computer use for data entry and tracking.

    + Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

    + Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

    + Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.

    + Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in the workflow or technology.

    + Understanding the importance of customer satisfaction and accuracy in order fulfillment.

    + Competency in performing basic calculations for inventory counts and order processing.
