$20.00 - $27.50
Job Summary:
As a member of the Customer Service organization, the responsibilities of this position are to provide a variety of support functions to the Commercial Sales organization including vetting and creating new customer accounts in our CRM and ERP systems, providing document and form review/completion, and providing copies of invoices, order confirmations, and shipment tracking numbers to customers. This person will report to the Customer Service Supervisor of Operations/Administration, working closely with the Customer Service Administrative Assistant. Will perform additional duties as assigned, including backing up the Front Desk Receptionist and Mail Clerk as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Triage Salesforce case queues and department email inboxes as needed, ensuring every request is reviewed/referred within 24 hours to appropriate departments as needed. Vet and set up new accounts in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Refer more complex questions and problems to appropriate individuals and departments. Assistance with new distributor onboarding (Egnyte folder/reports), ecommerce account maintenance Provide back-up to the receptionist/mail clerk as needed. Coordinate completion of customer forms and documents, working with other departments, such as Legal, Finance and Quality as necessary. Contribute to departmental projects as needed Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Handbook and follows guidelines regarding safety as outlined in the AWAIR, Chemical Hygiene and Exposure Control manuals in accordance with the job. Performs additional duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Position requires a High School diploma with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, One Note, Word, and Outlook are required; knowledge of Salesforce.com as well as Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system preferred. Excellent data entry and typing skills required. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Skills in problem solving and critical thinking; including the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate a course of action. Ability to act independently on routine assignments or projects, while also collaborating with others as required. Ability to plan, organize and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner. Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written. Ability to pay attention to details and perform at a high-level of accuracy. Ability to work hours that conform within standard business operations, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps.
